Hamilton Denson Park Restroom

As of 1/30/2023, no bids were received, the project will be re-advertised this week. The scope of work includes the construction of a new public restroom facility in Hamilton-Denson Park at Tate Lane and West Division in Mt. Juliet, TN. The project includes men's and women's toilet facilities and a maintenance area. The building is 455 square feet of occupiable space. Civil Work, including site prep and utility routing has been completed by others (CEC, Inc.). The building is not sprinklered. The building includes a slap-on-grade with spread footings, masonry interior partitions and masonry exterior walls with brick veneer. The roof is a standing seam metal roof on prefabricated wood trusses. The new building includes the following areas: Overall footprint: 578 square feet Occupied (tempered) space: 455 square feet The cost to develop the building should include finish grading around the building upon completion along with seeding of the disturbed areas.
