Hilton Head Island Airport Entry Enhancements

Renovation and enhancement of the existing entrance to the Hilton Head Island Airport located at 120 Beach City Rd, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926. The scope of work consists of but not limited to the following: New monument entrance sign; entrance drives paving and curbing; sidewalk and crosswalk; sculpture base installation and sculpture placement; roadway striping; raised metal planter walls; landscaping, including plants, irrigation and landscape lighting; traffic and informational signs; relocation of Palmetto Electric street light; and associated selective tree removals, bush hogging, site grading and storm water detention swales.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
