Description

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for the construct ion o f the Additions & Renovations to Area 1, Wildwood Park Bathhouse The project consists of a small 350 square foot addition, and renovations, to an existing 745 s.f. single story masonry building. The new addition will be constructed of load bearing masonry walls, a wood truss roof structure, and metal roofing.
