IDEA South Flores Campus - Phase IV

The project will involve the following site work descriptions: demolition of existing playground equipment, paving, curb and gutter, underground storm water piping, along with the relocation of a competition soccer field and concrete panel fencing. In addition to site demolition work, there will be selective demolition involved with the construction of the new science lab building wing. The building addition will involve the following components: existing conditions, utilities, landscaping, concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics and composites, thermal & moisture protection, metal stud walls, roofing, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety & security, and exterior improvements.

1 Middle/Senior High School, 2 Stories Above Grade, Approximately 4,000 SF Addition.
