Atlantic County Facilities Management Proposed Warehouse Facility

Construction of a new singular stand-alone, one story, building totaling +/- 10,000 s.f. The facility will include an Office, two gender neutral Toilet Rooms, and a large area for Storage of County office furniture and other County items. The building is a pole barn structure and clad in metal panels with a metal roofing system. Sitework includes vehicular parking, truck loading areas, and landscaping and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Required Bidders are required to comply with requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Every bidder must abide by the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act,. NJSA 34:11-56.27 et seq.
