Texas Athletics Basketball & Rowing Training Facility

The project is located adjacent to the new Moody Center Arena and located at the corner of Robert Dedman Drive and 20th Street. The new facility will serve as the primary training facility for the Men’s and Women’s Basketball and UT Rowing Program. The new training facility will include coach and staff offices, locker rooms, lounges, meeting rooms, basketball practice courts, rowing ergometer room, strength & condition room and sports medicine room. The new facility will straddle the tunnel that serves the loading dock to the Moody Center. The structure is a combination of cast in place concrete and structural steel. Facade materials consist of curtain wall, composite metal panel, masonry components, plaster, and combination of prodema and composite panel soffits.
