Edwards-Knox CSD 2019 Capital Improvement Project: Phase 2

General Construction - $350,000 Plumbing - $60,000 HVAC - $200,000 Electrical - $60,000 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The Work includes auditorium renovations, electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, HVAC upgrades, locker replacement, flooring replacement, guardrail construction and wall tile replacement and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. General Construction Work includes, but not limited to, auditorium renovations, locker replacement, flooring replacement, wall tile replacement and guardrail construction at the Central School Building. General Construction work also includes all other work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contractors. 3. Plumbing Work includes, but not limited to, plumbing upgrades at the Central School Building. Plumbing work also includes all other work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contractors. 4. HVAC Work includes, but not limited to, HVAC upgrades at the Central School Building. HVAC work also includes all other work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contractors. 5. Electrical Work includes, but not limited to, auditorium renovations, kitchen renovations, and ADA access control at the Central School Building. Electrical work also includes all other work necessary to support the work of other Prime Contractors.
