Description | It is assumed that any proposal submitted will include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, the performance of all of the activities listed below (collectively, the "Services) at Beaverton Jr./Sr. High School. 1. Remove existing partition. 2. Install new partition. New partition must be suitable for an education environment and in accordance with applicable codes. 3. Drywall and paint to match existing. 4. Install new door, latch and trim to match existing. Paint to match existing. 5. Move any electrical plugs and switches, as needed. 6. Remove and repair any damaged floor, sub-floor and/or underlayment. 7. Haul away rubbish. 8. Repair / replace anything damaged during modification project. 9.
