South Second Street Multimodal Improvements Project

For South Second Street Multimodal Improvements Project Question Deadline 04/18/2023 at 12:00 PM ET The Borough anticipates awarding the project at their borough council meeting on May 1, 2023. The completion date is October 15, 2023 per the MS 944. Each bidder is required to bid on the total project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to "Emmaus Borough" in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
