| Description | The installation and delivery of Audio Visual Equipment for the Training Room and Conference Room at the Police Department. Each room shall be considered as a single option and may be combined into a single project. Each room shall be delivered as a "turnkey" solution. The two rooms shall have some shared assets, and will share a common roller rack in the Training Room back room (Tech Closet). All of the equipment located in the roller rack shall be protected by a battery backup unit with surge protection and line filtration. Proper VLANs and IP addresses shall be provided by the City's MIS Department. All provided hardware shall be covered by a warrantee with a minimum of 3 years. | ||||
