| Description | The Hamer Township Trustees will be accepting bids for paving East Danville Lane .15 miles and Rural .35 Road. . Bidders are to grind out for butt joints on each end of the road, sweep roads, furnish 404 hot mix material applied 1-1/2 inch thick to roads, tack coat .075 gallons per square yard, spreader box, road roller, one pass application and labor to operate their own equipment. Estimated 440 tons of blacktop and 400 gallons of tack coat. Bids are to be by the ton on blacktop and by the gallon on tack coat. Any extra tons or gallons used are at the discretion of the Trustees and will be billed at the same amount as bid. Completion date to be determined when awarded. The Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any and / or all bids. |
