Description	Generally, Design-Build Firm will provide all for removal of the existing retaining walls, planning, design, and architectural/engineering services required for the proper design of, and all labor, materials, supplies and other items and services necessary for the construction of the Project (“Work”) as set forth in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, and forrevegetation of areas disturbed by construction and for repair / replacement to City standards of crusher fines and concrete trails that may receive damage and all other services necessary for the construction of the Project.
