| Description | The Philadelphia Housing Authority ("PHA") has determined that a boiler repair and preventative maintenance services contract is needed for various sites. The Contract will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract for Boiler Repair and Preventive Maintenance Services at PHA site and Related Entities. Preventive maintenance will be scheduled yearly during non-heating season (April 15 - October 15). PHA will order repair(s) that arise on an as-needed basis.
