Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is seeking contractor bids for HVAC Rehabilitation Project for a Residential Facility CDBG Bergen County Funded Project. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. 1st Floor Unit-Split system: Indoor and Outdoor HVAC Units (unit installed 1992) 2. Outdoor Unit: 10-ton condenser: Model: 38AE-012-500, Serial number: 2592F06331, BTU System: 120,000 3. Indoor Unit: Model: 40RR-012-550, Serial number: 1992F98621, System is Carrier brand 4. Basement Unit-Split system Indoor and Outdoor HVAC Units (unit installed 2006) 5. Outdoor Unit: 7.5-ton condenser: Model: 38AR2008-501, Serial number: 1906620133, BTU System: 90,000 6. Indoor Unit: Model: 40RR-008-530, Serial number: W882377, System is Carrier brand 7. Rooftop HVAC Unit Cooling Only (unit installed 1995) 9. Kitchen Unit: 7.5-ton condenser: Model: DCHB-T090AC, Serial number: NFDM049555, BTU System: 90,000 10. HVAC Project- Duct cleaning An additional On site visit including Q and A will be on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funding for this project is provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to the County of Bergen. Therefore, Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis Bacon wage rates and reporting will apply.
