Stage Curtains and Sound Systems

The scope of work includes demolition of certain existing stage curtains and folding partitions and replacing them with new Inherently Fire Resistant curtains. Existing suspension systems and chain operation either manual or electronic shall be re-used. Installations may consist of front curtains and valances, rear cyclorama curtains, borders, and sides refer to schedule for requirements. Additionally the existing sound system for stage applications are old and in some cases non-functioning, this proposal will provide a mobile sound system cart with equipment to standardize all campuses to audio amplification of the stage/platform area and the installation of ceiling or exposed structure mounted speakers and provisions for audio assisted listening devices based on the posted occupancy of each school or where no occupancy is posted a calculated occupancy is established and signage posted.
