Fence Repairs, Ft Lauderdale

The work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Replace existing corroded and damaged fence as follows. A. Southwest corner: Replace damaged 205’ of 6’ + 1’ high chain link fence to match existing components in place. B. Southwest: Replace 10 posts on plates on seawall and the balance in concrete footings. C. South and East Fence: Replace up to 400’ of barbwire with new and stretch / retie existing in other areas as needed. D. South: Add barb arms to 125’ of existing 10’ high fence, add barbwire, and replace 125’ of 10’ high mesh. E. South: Add 125’ of bottom rail at basketball court south side only. F. East side: Replace 60’ of 6’ high mesh only to close off holes and replace damaged mesh. G. Northeast: Reuse and reconnect existing mag lock on walk gate by entrance. H. Northwest: Replace 17 posts on plates and scrap damaged and existing fan gate. I. Northwest: Replace 4” gate posts on double swing gate and rehang. J. Reuse all existing mesh on northwest side. K. Balance of northwest side to remain as is. L. Contractor should contact Calvin Thompson (COR). M. Contractor shall inspect site before bidding.
