Description

The goal of the project include the following: 1. laboratory Spaces 2. 2nd Floor Faculty Offices 3. Restroom Renovations 4. Mechanical System Upgrades Project includes update to current laboratories in Forker Building. Proposed renovations also include classroom spaces, student spaces, relocation of restrooms, updating and addition of office space and upgrading mechanical systems. The south wing of the building has not been renovated since the original construction in 1968. It has issues with freezing water pipes located above the insulated ceilings and does not have a cooling system. A new boiler was installed in 2016.
