| Description | Compound Pharmacy Trailer gray water tank draining: establish a gray water tank pumping schedule for the compound pharmacy trailer at the West Haven VA Medical Center: - Contractor shall provide all resources, services and supervision to drain and dispose of two (2) 50-gallon gray water tanks (contents of tank only) in accordance with local state and federal regulations. - Gray water tanks shall be drained weekly (52 times a year) on Tuesdays between the hours of 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM EST. excluding federal holidays. Any deviation from the Tuesday schedule shall be coordinated between the contractor and Pharmacy Point of Contact to include pumping changes attributed to holidays - Emergency Calls: The contractor shall allow for emergency drain call services not to exceed ten (10) calls per year with a 24-hour drainage response time. |
