| Description | Scope of Work: 1. Removal of all existing metal roofs and underlining insulation from prior metal roof systems in stepped process. 2. Removal of existing roofs down to framing and installation of corrugated metal panel over purlins, polyisocyanurate insulation board, high-temp self-adhering underlayment, and a standing seam metal panel covering. 3. Installation of new flashing around all mechanical exhaust systems penetrating, replace structural elements, soffit and trim materials as needed. 4. Minor remediation of mold and interior repairs due to water intrusion / storm damage. HUB Goal is 32.9%. |
