Interior Renovation of Office Spaces - General Construction

Scope of Services: Demolition of interior walls and the customer service counter: 1. Remove (2) doors, frames, and hardware sets. 2. Removal of (1) half wall. 3. Removal of (1) full wall. 4. Cutting of (1) new door frame opening. 5. Removal of 12 LF of existing transaction counter. Installation of doors/frames and hardware: 1. (3) 3'x7' welded door frames, (2) to be reused from existing. 2. (3) complete hardware sets, (2) to be reused from existing. Installation of millwork at the Customer Service Counter, guest and Team Member facing: 1. In-wall blocking. 2. Die wall system and plastic laminate countertops. Wall framing and GWB: 50’ of 1-hour rated fire wall to 10’. 2. (1) layer 5/8” GWB on all new walls Level 4 finish. Sound batt. (2) door infills. (2) new door opening. GWB patching associated with BCI scope of work. Removing/Adding/Adjusting of ACT: Adjustment/addition of acoustical ceiling system as needed for new walls. Armstrong tegular ceiling tile within new spaces. Installation of rubber flooring/carpet where needed: 150 LF of rubber cove base to match existing. Various carpet floor tiles (owner to provide). Painting and Wall Cove: 1) coat of primer and (2) coats of paint on new GWB partitions. (2) Hollow metal door frames. Installation of wall cove to match existing. Installation of glass partition at the Customer Service Counter.
