The Board of Education of the Special Servies School District and the Vocational School District of the County of Atlantic hereby advertises for competitive bids for the following project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A - 21(a) (b) for: Atlantic County Institute of Technology (ACIT) 5080 Atlantic Avenue Mays Landing, NJ 08330 Project Labor Agreement: All Contractors are to note that the Contractor receiving award for the contract will be required to execute a Project Labor Agreement for the Project as part of the contract signing process. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to T he Board of Education of the Special Services School District and the Vocational School District of the County of Atlan tic , for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000.00. All Bidders will be required to submit performance security, in the form of a Performance Bond, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the Contract. At the time of bid submission, all Bidders will be required to submit a Consent of Surety indic ating that such surety will provide the Performance Bond if the Bidder is awarded a contract. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A - 18, 18A:18A - 2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A - 4(a - c), 18A:18A - 22, to disqualify the bidder(s) failing to comply with the Instructions to Bidders, and to waive any non - material informalities in a bidder's proposal, in accordance with applicable law. .
