Complete interior fitout of new structure of approximately 7,500 GSF including Dinning area, Retail, and Kitchen. Delaware North Parks & Resorts and Arc Building Partners are seeking prime bidder as well as WMBE & SDVOB bidders for Welcome Center Fitout - All Trades Project. The project is a Capital Improvement, therefore tax applies to materials. Wages: Prevailing Wage Rates will be in effect for this project and are attached to the bid documents.
