Valley Hills Tank No. 2 Repairs and Roof Replacement

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project involves removing and replacing the concrete roof and installation of interior lining of an 88'-6" diameter culinary water storage tank including: removal and disposal of existing concrete roof structure, cast-in-place concrete roof structure with hatch, removal and reinstallation of (2) vents, replace overflow drain, concrete column repair, tank lining prep and installation, tank cleaning and disinfection, 30 SQFT of exterior honeycomb/spalling repair/crack sealing, 50 LF of exterior crack sealing by epoxy injection (only used after leak test if necessary), 20 SQFT of exterior spider web crack sealing by epoxy injection (only used after leak test if necessary). Alternative bid items: 540 LF of interior crack sealing by epoxy injection and 270 LF of interior joint sealing shall replace tank liner bid item as determined by Engineer. Date of availability is July 20, 2022. 1. Bid forms provided (Sections 00200, 00210, 00300, and 00310). 2. Cashier or Certified check or bid bond made payable to Heber City Corporation in an amount equal to at least of the total amount of the bid. Bid bonds must be underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition). If all required documents are not provided, the bid may be disqualified. Heber City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid, including the right to waive any informality in any part of any bid within the best interest of Heber City.
