The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major descriptions of work. The Contractor is responsible to complete all work as shown on the Contract Documents, and as may reasonably be required and not shown, to fully complete the work shown. a. Replacement of the existing fire pump. b. Relocation of sprinklers in first floor common areas. c. Installation of cage guards on stair tower sprinklers. d. Conversion of three (3) apartments for ADA mobility and add ADA communication features e. Finned tube radiation replacement throughout the facility, including all associated shutoff, balancing, and control valves, thermostats, wiring, etc. f. Hot water unit heater replacement in the main Boiler Room. g. Air separator replacement. h. Expansion tank replacement. i. Domestic hot water heat exchanger replacement. j. Domestic hot water storage tank replacement. k. Domestic hot water circulating pump replacement. l. Reconfiguration of 1st Floor Laundry Room to relocate washers and all associated utilities. m. Replacement of carpeting in living areas across from elevator lobbies on Floors 2-4. n. Replacement of counters and sinks in 1st Floor common area Men’s and Women’s Toilet Rooms. o. Parking lot lighting upgrades and addition of fixtures.
