On-Call Environmental Engineering Professional Services

The environmental engineering consulting firm will be required to perform all environmental reports and studies to obtain permits, approvals and or certifications from federal and state agencies including the US Army Corps of Engineers, the NJDEP, the NJ Pinelands Commission and the OC Soil Conservation District by performing both field work and office work necessary to satisfy the requirements of the following statutes as well as their associated rules (NJAC): 1) CAFRA NJSA13:19-1 2) Freshwater Wetlands NJSA13:9B-1 3) 1970 Coastal Wetlands NJSA 13:9A-1 4) Waterfront Development NJSA 12:5-3 5) Stream Encroachment NJSA 58:16A 6) Tidelands NJSA 12:3 7) Dam Safety NJSA 58:4 8) Pinelands NJSA 13:18A-1 9) SCD NJSA 4:29-39 10) Green Acres NJSA 13:8 These professional services will be performed on “as needed basis” at the direction of the County Engineer.
