Sugarloaf Affordable Housing

Design, develop, finance and potentially manage, an affordable housing development to be situated on a currently unused parcel of land located at 255 Crane Boulevard, Sugarloaf Key, FL (the "Project Site"). While proposals that do not include all of the aforementioned services will qualify for consideration, applicants will be scored based on their ability to design, develop, finance and manage the development. The Project Site is an approximately 2.25 acre parcel belonging to MCSD, and is more particularly described in the survey attached hereto as Attachment A. The MCSD seeks proposals to develop a maximum of twenty (20) affordable housing units to include studio, one, two and three bedroom units. The MCSD specifically seeks proposals that demonstrate an understanding of the lower Keys community and its housing needs, and that would provide a high quality affordable housing development on the site.
