Mitchell Hill Area Improvements - Keys Ferry Booster Pumping Station

Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for providing all labor, rigging, tools, equipment, and materials to install pre-fabricated, underground booster pumping station, back-up diesel generator, water main and electric utilities; includes 12" DPW and 12" PVC water main extensions. Furnish and install all items and accessories for a complete project. Landscape and Restore site. The Company's Project Manager's estimate for the Contract plus Company supplied materials for this Project is $1,000,001 - $3,000,000. If the Company's Project Manager's estimate for the Contract plus Company supplied materials exceeds $250,000: a Bid Bond is required. For this Contract, a Bid Bond is required If directed to do so in the Invitation to Bid, the Bidder shall provide a Bid Bond. The Bid Bond shall be furnished through an agent licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, or shall be a certified check in favor of the Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid and all alternate Bids, which shall be forfeited in the event the Bidder fails to enter into the Contract with good and sufficient payment and/or performance bonds within the time frame stipulated and subject to the terms stated in the Bidder's Proposal Company Small Business Equity (SBE) Program Preference and Local Preference Program applies to this bid and resultant bid award. SBE Program Preference shall apply first Bidder to use Subcontractors/Suppliers and meets 15% MBE and 5% WBE goals. The Company reserves the right to reject Bids from Bidders not pre-qualified; the right to disqualify Bids deemed to be defective and/or non-responsive; the right to waive defects in Bids
