Construction of the Taxiway Lighting, PAPI and REIL Replacement project The work is generally described as follows:Project includes the replacement of existing taxiway lighting, PAPIs and REILs and rotating beacon .Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total bid is required and shall be made payable to the City of Camden.
