Description

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect, maintain, preventive maintenance, repair services, and emergency repair to the existing Savanah River Site (SRS) Forest Service Compound HVAC System. The contractor must be certified to work on Mitsubishi HVAC Systems. The intent of this contract is to mitigate the need for major repairs through the implementation of preventive maintenance and repairs.
