Owner is Not to Be Contacted for Specifications A certified check or bid bond made payable to Oldham County Water District shall accompany all bids in an amount not less than 5 percent of the base bid. No bidder may not withdraw their bid for a period of 60 days after the date bids are opened. They may, however, withdraw their bid at any time prior to the time and date scheduled for opening of same or any authorized postponement thereof.
