Emergency Watershed Protection Program

The principal items of work under this contract are: - Removal of existing concrete ditch paving - Approximately 900 cubic yards of excess excavation - Approximately 1,400 tons of 300 lb. riprap All bids submitted in excess of $50,000 by a prime or subcontractor to do erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance, or related work, on public projects must comply with Section 31-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972, and must have a Certificate of Responsibility license. Where applicable, the foregoing certificate number and license number must be indicated on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope before it can be opened. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
