Housekeeping Services

From qualified vendors with demonstrated competence and experience to provide housekeeping services to restrooms, showers areas and trash rooms in the residential halls. This will require cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection of the entire public area(s) and content to include trash removal. Clean, Sanitize, and Disinfect All areas included but not limited to: 1. Commodes, urinals and sinks 2. Partitions damp- tops, under the bottom and panels 3. Al doors, handles, push and pull plates 4. Walls around all wall fixture- urinal, toilets, trash containers, shower head, tower containers 5. Mirror 6. Under and over tower containers 7. Under and over front and back of flat surface 8. Floors in all areas of restroom, showers 9. Between fixtures to fixtures and also the wall to fixtures 10. Trash receptacles 11. Door frame- both sides 12. Light switches, outlets and data ports- (use caution) 13. Common spaces (lounges, sitting areas, etc) 14. High touch areas 15. Clean Stains from Wall/Partition at Urinal 16. Shine all chrome at toilets, sinks, showers, and urinals 17. Remove stains from wall/partition at urinal 18. Remove finger marks on doors 19. Shine kick and push plates 20. Clean mirror- remove streaks 21. Clean lights, tops sides and face of cabinets 22. Shine trash receptacles corners and toilets 23. Shine chrome fixtures in showers, toilets, sinks, and urinal 24. Check for cobwebs 25. Dusting and clean - ledges, over mirrors, cabinets 26. Clean door jams 27. Clean all HVAC louvers 28. Removing trash mopping and sweeping floors 29. Removal all trash from buildings to dumpsters
