Lake Road Storm Drainage and Roadway Improvements Project and Bow Creek Road Liquid Fuels Project

The Work related to the Lake Road Storm Drainage and Roadway Improvements Project will be paid with Luzerne Conservation District Dirt, Gravel and Low Volume Road Maintenance Program and the work related to the Bow Creek Liquid Fuels Project will be paid with Liquid Fuels monies. The Work at Lake Road entails the installation of Standard Type M storm inlets, 18" SICPP Storm Drainage Pipe with flared end pipe sections, R-3 Rock Lined Swales, Full Width Milling of Existing Pavement, 1 1/2" maximum depth, Bituminous Concrete Base Course Replacement where directed, 25MM Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Full Width Bituminous Concrete Wearing Course Overlay, 9.5MM Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Bituminous Tack Coat, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job. The Work at Bow Creek Road entails the Full Width Milling of Existing Pavement, 1 1/2" maximum depth, Bituminous Concrete Base Course Replacement where directed, 25MM Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 2A Subbase, where directed, Full Width Bituminous Concrete Wearing Course Overlay, 9.5MM Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Bituminous Tack Coat, Shoulder Grading and Replacement of 2B Stone, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job.
