| Description | Remove the existing roofing system, install a. KEE-EPI roofing system and ensuring that the system meets all requirements listed below. Roofs have become deteriorated, ineffective, time consuming, beyond repair and cost prohibitive. Remove the existing roofing system, replace any damaged decking, install insulation to fill in flutes of metal panels (if required) as per manufacturer's specifications, install thermal insulation as per manufacturer's specifications and local codes, and provide a new Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE) Ethylene lnterpolymer(EPI) based sheet roofing system that meets or exceeds ASTM 06754 with a 30 year material and labor warranty, and all required flashing and trim while ensuring that the system meets all requirements listed below. The product to be used is FiberTite® FTR-XT 60 Mill or its equivalent (as determined by Richland County Operational Services). |
