Description Rehabilitation of five existing stormwater detention ponds: Colony Manor Phase 3 (North Pond); Colony Manor Phase 3 (South Pond); Hidden Valley Manor Phase 1; Old Trail Phases 6&7; and Snowberry Woods. Work at each pond may include trimming and disposal of existing vegetation; removal of accumulated sediment; fine grading of the pond interior; re-establishment of low flow channels; outlet structure replacement at one pond; erosion & sedimentation controls; restoration of all disturbed areas; and other items incidental to the project.
