The project scope includes the new construction of single family homes in Wailea. Scope details have not been released. As of May 4, 2023 the project is in planning stage. The Maui County Planning Commission denied a planning approval appeal on March 28, 2023. The Commission adopted a petition to intervene adoption and a special management area use permit on January 11, 2022.
