Accessible Lift Replacement

Provide a labor and materials to replace the existing accessible wheel chair lift from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor of building. The scope of work includes repairs to the interior walls and existing doors in order for this lift to operate per code requirements. This scope shall also include any and all other trades necessary for this to be a turnkey project. 2nd floor Entrance door to be replaced. Door to accommodate card reader for access with lock override. Door lock system shall be a lever handle with Corbin Russwin L4 blank key and core. Cracks in masonry on the side to be repaired. Shaded in blue. Clean wall tiles. Clean inside walls of shaft area and paint with Sherwin Williams Pure White SW7005. Replace existing light fixture with new LED light with cool lights for higher cooler temperature. Alternate 1: Provide (2) Electric door hardware kits for both the 1st and 2nd floor doors to allow for card readers to be installed. Alternate 2: Provide pricing to remove the existing wall tiles, repair walls and paint to match the other walls inside the lift shaft.
