New Athletic Expansion for Farmville Central High School

Construction of Farmville Central High School Athletic Expansion Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening, but bidder presence is not required and no weight or other consideration toward any award decision will be given to any bidder's attendance or absence at the bid opening. In accordance with federal regulations, the contractor must provide certification that it will not and has not used federal appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with obtaining any federal contract, grant or any other award covered by this amendment. Each must also disclose any lobbying with non-federal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining any federal award. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. The goals for participation by minority firms as subcontractors on this project have been set at 10%.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
