| Description | The County of Alameda, in partnership with Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) is developing a multi-level parking structure on 2.4-acres County owned property (Parcel D-1) located at the Dublin Transit Center. This parcel is currently undeveloped, with a three-story residential building to the North, a five-story mixed-use building to the West, and the existing Dublin/Pleasanton BART Parking Garage to the South. The lot to the East of this parcel has not been developed, and plans have not been made for its use. The topography in the area is generally flat, and the site currently has a primarily pervious surface. The height of the proposed development is governed by the adjacent five story mixed-use development and the existing six-story Dublin/Pleasanton BART Parking Garage. |
