The Design-Build Firm shall construct the FCC from east SR 23 to Maryland Ave (CR 315) in Green Cove Springs, Florida per the typical sections. The scope of work includes: roadway, bicycle lanes, pedestrian shared use path, drainage, bridges, signing and pavement markings, signals, geotechnical, and public involvement.
