| Description | The services provided under this Franchise shall consist of the collection and proper disposal of refuse from Residential Units and City Public Beach properties and the collection and recycling of recyclable materials from Residential Units and recycling stations, all within the corporate limits of the City. The services include the provision of curbside containers, refuse and recycling trucks, labor, dispatching, customer billing and accounting; curbside collection by mechanical or manual means; hauling; disposal of refuse; sale of recyclable materials. The Franchisee shall provide all the supervision, materials, equipment and labor necessary to satisfactorily perform said services in accordance with the Franchise Documents. |
