Description

Perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I) and Phase II Environmental Site Investigation (Phase II) for the Crystal Lake Downtown Metra Station Property and shown in Exhibit A of the RFP document. The City is a contract purchaser of the portion of this property that includes the existing Crystal Lake Metra Train Station, adjacent parking lot, driveways and park area. The existing train platform area and train tracks are not part of the property acquisition. The City is requesting these services as part of its due diligence clause of the contract.
