Description

In the course of its normal operations, at numerous and various times, the City of St. Paul (especially Public Works, PED, and Parks), St. Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority, St. Paul Public Library, and St. Paul Regional Water Services will require soil and construction materials testing, borings, and reports. Geotechnical field testing is often required to gather soil and foundation data and to evaluate suitability of ground conditions for street construction, bridge, or building redevelopment site. Phase 1 and Phase 2 testing may also be needed from time to time to determine whether a site is contaminated.
