Fishing Creek Drainage Improvements

The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et.seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27: 27. Bids must be made on standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and marked "FISHING CREEK DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS" on the outside, addressed to Clerk of the Board, Administration Building, 4 Moore Road, Crest Haven Complex, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or a bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, drawn to the order of Cape May County, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. There is no Federal Funding on this project and no FHWA Construction Oversight on this project. All site access dates are to be requested prior to February 17th in order to ensure that the County can accommodate the bidder's access request.
