| Description | A. Mobilize in a timely manner, preferably within 72 hours of notification. B. Contractor to provide all equipment/tool necessary to make repairs. C. Tear-out and remove existing 6” or 9” thick rotary kiln brick lining in the City of Dayton’s 9’6” A-C rotatory kiln. D. Furnish and install steel angle retainer clips at the up kiln and down kiln ends of remaining brick to preserve the remaining rotary kiln brick. E. Place all debris in contractor provided dumpsters or designated area. F. All tear-out work to be performed during (2) 10-hour or (2) 12- hour shifts per day as needed to complete the job in a timely manner. G. De-mobilize to allow kiln repairs by others, if applicable. H. Re-mobilize to perform rotary kiln brick installation, if applicable. | ||
