Description

HUB Goal: 25% Demolition, new plumbing fixtures, to include some revised locations and fixture types, new floor drains and existing floor drain replacements, new mechanical equipment, installation of isolation valves in each restroom, new lighting, hand dryers, doors, frames and hardware, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, gypsum board ceilings, tile walls and floor coverings. The work shall also include removal and repair of masonry partitions for plumbing, new masonry partitions, repair of drywall partitions, and repair of existing plaster and gypsum board ceilings.
