| Description | Scope: The City of Maplewood, Missouri is seeking a standard hourly rate and an overtime hourly rate from an established HVAC contractor with a minimum of five (5) years experience. The City will consider experience, ability to provide necessary services within the prescribed period of time and cost in making a decision on the firm to be selected. Clarifications on Specifications: Contractors having questions regarding these specifications should contact the City of Maplewoods Public Works Superintendent, Jason Watkins, at 314-647- 8633. Duration: The city will award the service work for one (1) year. The service work may be extended for four (4) additional years, with price increases (as determined by the national cost of living index) at the discretion of the City of Maplewood. The City of Maplewood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. |
