Bellevue Park Pedestrian Bridge

The Project work includes: Removal and proper disposal of existing bridge structure. Furnish and install an approximate 120’ ADA compliant floating bridge to span the existing location of the current pedestrian bridge. New bridge shall consist of the following: 5’ X 80’ of floating walkway with two 5’ X 20’ ADA handrail bridges on each end, Galvanized steel box truss frames, Encapsulated flotation, 2’ X 2’ concrete tile decking. Full composite bandboard. ADA handrails with balusters. Treadplates with 6” rollers. Hidden 5” ID telescoping spud pole anchoring system with stabilizers. Sufficient concrete pad with keyway poured on shore on each end for the securing of the ramps. Concrete to be minimum of 6” in thickness and shall be appropriately mated to the existing asphalt trail. Bridge shall have a minimum of a 5-year warranty. Project to be completed no more than 120 days after contract awarded.
