Construction of 20” Water Transmission Main Across the Kalamazoo-Battle Creek International Airport P-152 Excavation and Embankment from MDOT Bureau of Aeronautics – Standard Specification shall govern all earthwork on Airport premises. Specifications for pipeline occupancy of Grand Elk Railroad and/or Norfolk Southern Corporation shall govern all jack-and-bore materials and workmanship.
