Intercom and Digital Signage Systems

Contractor to provide a new districtwide IP Intercom System and Digital Signage with displays and mounts. The solution shall include all necessary hardware, cabling, interconnects, programming, etc., to have complete and fully functional system at the end of the project. A single Contractor will be awarded the IP Intercom System and Digital Signage System. 1. A new district-wide IP intercom system noting the following requirements: The IP6000™ Communication System shall replace any existing intercom system and shall distribute intercom, overhead paging, emergency paging, class change time tones, emergency tones and program material over the speakers in all buildings, including portable buildings, not being remodeled. New IP speakers with text and flashers to replace the existing devices in all classrooms and other locations currently equipped with existing IP speaker clock devices. Install (1) new call switch with each IP speaker device.
